SOLDERING/PCB CLEANING
  1. WATER PROOF SWITCHES and sealed against flux to the following soldering process.
    • Fluxing
    • Preheating at 85oC
    • Wave soldering (PB/SN 60-40)25oC for 2 seconds
    • Cooling to ambient temperature
    • Eventual cleaning by brushing on soldered surface.
